 Will we build motorways and railway lines?

This question was put before the participants and guests at the conference which took place on 30 September in the Lubomirscy Palace in Warsaw. The organisers – TOR Transport Consultants Group and the European Centre for Enterprise – had invited many excellent guests.

* Lech Witecki (acting as General Manager of GDDKiA), Krzysztof Celiński (President of PKP PLK), Katarzyna Charzyńska (EC Environment Directorate), Maciej Trzeciak (Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of the Environment), Jerzy Kwieciński (President of the European Centre for Enterprise Foundation), Zbigniew Rapciak (Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure), and Henryk Klimkiewicz (President of ZDG TOR).

The conference was attended by Zbigniew Rapciak – Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure, Maciej Trzeciak – Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of the Environment, Katarzyna Charzyńska from the EC Environment Directorate, Lech Witecki – acting as General Manager of GDDKiA, Krzysztof Celiński – President of PKP PLK as well as Janusz Piechociński – Vice-Chairman of the Sejm Infrastructure Commission. The participants included also representatives of the construction, railway and road sector. Participation in the conference was also a must for the representatives of Marshals’ Offices and R&D centres.
