Henryk KlimkiewiczPresident of the Board of ZDG "TOR" and President of the Railway Business Forum. Qualified as a lawyer, he is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. He is a specialist in the administration and management of transport, management accounting, business forecasts and negotiations.
Adrian FurgalskiDirector. Qualified as a political scientist. During his studies at the Jagiellonian University of Cracow he became involved in the field of transport and subsequently worked in the cabinet of the Minister of Transport, Tadeusz Syryjczyk. It was the time when the restructuring program for the Polish railways was being worked out. He specialises in transport policy issues, assessments of the current situation within the branch and forecasts for the future. He analyses the functioning of the railway, road and air markets. |

Senior Expert. Ph.D, speciality: IT studies. In 1971-1989, university teacher at AGH University of Science and Technology of Krakow. In the 1980s, activist of the Krakow “Solidarity”. In 1987, co-founder, and since 1990 President of Krakow Industrial Society. Minister of Industry in Tadeusz Mazowiecki’s cabinet. Minister – Head of Counsellors Team in the cabinet of Hanna Suchocka. Minister of Transport and Marine Economy in Jerzy Buzek’s cabinet. In 1991 – 2001, member of parliament. In 2003-2007 – Polish representative on the Board of Directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. His main field of activity in TOR are issues or railway transport in Poland and the European Community. |

Piotr KiełbowiczExpert. Graduate of the Gdansk University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds M.Sc. degree in transport engineering as well as in economics and management. He specialises in: technical aspects of the construction, maintenance and modernisation of transport infrastructure; organisation and technology of railway haulage; strategic management of organisations; marketing; creation and assessment of companies’ development plans; financial and economic analyses; capital investments. |

Ryszard WęcławikDirector of railway traffic safety department in TOR. Graduate of the Bydgoszcz University of Technology, speciality: electronics, and of the Lublin University of Technology, speciality: management and marketing. Specialist in railway market operation. He deals with safety issues in railway transport and the regulation of railway market, market analyses and the economics of railway transport companies. In 2003-2008, Main Specialists and subsequently Director of Transport Economics Department and Department for Regulation of Railway Transport at the Railway Transport Office. In 1975-2003, a number of specialist or managerial positions at LHS. Co-author and author of studies, analyses and articles on railway transport. |

Waldemar Madej
Expert in environmental protection issues. Graduate of geography at the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies, with 25 years of professional experience. Since 1991, contributed to or managed the preparation of environmental impact assessment reports as well as numerous environmental reviews and expert opinions. In total, he has prepared more than 200 EIA reports for various branches, including line infrastructure (roads, railways), ground surface, environmental protection (also the Natura 2000 network), and municipal waste management. Lay assessor on the list of the Minister of Environment with respect to: environmental impact assessment and forecasting results of changes in land development plans. Lay assessor on the list of Mazowiecki Marshall with respect to environmental impact assessment. |

Robert Rawski Main specialist in the field of railway traffic management at TOR. Since 1976, he cooperated with the Automatics and Telecom Service. In 1969-1986, senior auditor at PKP. In 1987-1997, he supervised projects and multi-company teams that implemented or designed new railway traffic management systems and devices. In 1997-2008, working for PPHU ELESTER-PKP, he Railway Traffic Management Systems Director, He holds patents and is the co-author of numerous solutions connected with cutting-edge traffic management systems.

Marcin Marecki Specialist in the field of ecology in transportation and exploitation of railway rolling stock with ecology way of thinking. He deals with development of feasibility studies, analysis of railway market, transport systems modeling using PTV Vision VISUM software. He’s gaining experience in safety regulations in railway transport, development of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and modeling of transport processes. Additionally, he’s interested in technical methods of reducing emissions of harmful compounds from railway combustion engines, recycling and pollutants emission standards. |
