Our works - what we have done
During last years of TOR's activity we completed hundreds of different projects either acting independently or as a member of consortium.
The most important projects include:
- Feasibility study for the project "Purchase of rail passenger trains to operate interregional connections in the area of at least two provinces - Version II” (2011);
- The concept of rail transport to improve the Port of Gdynia in the field of technical and organizational (2010);
- Feasibility study for the project "The comprehensive modernization (construction of new parts) of railway lines 47, 48 and 512, together with the development of technical parameters for traction service and purchase of rolling stock" (2010);
- Feasibility study for the project "Purchase of rail passenger trains to operate interregional connections in the area of at least two provinces - Version I” (2010);
- Feasibility study for the project "Improvement of access by rail to the airports of the region through the purchase of rolling stock and modernization of railway siding and construction railway station / stop at the airport in Modlin, including the construction of junction railway siding crossed with the national road no. 62 along with a stop at the airport and the purchase 16 four car, electric multiple units" (2010);
- PKP LHS Strategy in perspective until 2015 yr. (2009);
- Feasibility study for the project “Improving the access to regional airports by acquiring new rolling stock and modernization of side tracks with building railway stops/station at the airport in Modlin, including a purchase of 16 four-wagon EMUs (2009);
- Master Plan for railway transport in Poland until 2030 – the final version consulted with the EC, the section on: description of the current condition, plan of implementing modern transport services in terms or rolling stock, assessment of the capacity to implement an investment programme and possibilities to adjust railway transport to market expectations, expenditure on human resources and improving the image, risk analysis (2008);
- Three applications for obtaining EU financial aid for the purchase of new EMUs and the modernisation of EN57 EMUs and passenger cars by PKP PR. The applications prepared by ZDG TOR were accepted and
budgetary means for the total amount of PLN 413 million.
