ZESPÓŁ DORADCÓW GOSPODARCZYCH "TOR" Sp. z o.o. was established in 1998 and has been an independent consulting company offering support to entrepreneurs in the transport sector in Poland and other Central and East European countries. We specialise in multifaceted issues of public and commercial railways as well as urban transport (both rail and road). Our portfolio includes market analyses, assessments, forecasts, studies and designs with respect to transport engineering. We draw up business plans and feasibility studies for new investment projects as well as offer specialist consultation on company management. We carry out company analyses whose aim is to identify problems and work out measures to improve the operation of business entities.

The team of experts who cooperate with ZDG “TOR” on a regular basis are practitioners and analysts with years of experience. In our opinion, our clients can be successful, provided that a thorough and comprehensive reconnaissance is carried out of the technical, financial/economic, legal, market, and other aspects of a company’s operation.

Apart from work on various transport projects, our experts participate in the production of the periodical Transport szynowy - statystyki - analizy ("Rynek Kolejowy PLUS"), issued by TOR under the auspices of RBF. This publication provides economic data, indicators, lists, statistics and analyses not published anywhere else.

To exchange points of view and to popularise issues related to railway transport, ZDG “TOR” runs a publishing activity. Since June 2002, we have been issuing Rynek Kolejowy monthly. Since 2007, Railway Market – Central and Eastern European Review, a quarterly in English, has been appearing regularly (see:www.railway-market.pl).

Almost 5,000 readers a day visit www.rynek-kolejowy.pl (the biggest website in Poland dedicated to current events in railway transport) which is updated on a daily basis.

 ZDG “TOR” was one of the founding members of the Railway Business Forum (www.rbf.net.pl) established in 2000 as a union of private employers active in the field of transport and the railway industry as well as other industrial sectors related to the railway market. Currently, the RBF brings together as many as 70 companies. The President of the RBF, for a second term of office, is Mr. Henryk Klimkiewicz, President of ZDG “TOR”.
